  • Led publishing production for the successful execution of Hot Wheels® Rift Rally’s multi-million dollar direct to consumer go-to-market plan, which encompassed trailer and video production, e-commerce website development, an advertising campaign spanning digital and retail channels, social and influencer marketing plans, customer support and more in collaboration with Mattel, McLaren, Amazon & GameStop, and ad agencies / vendors.

  • Supported Riot Games in a co-development production position for VALORANT. Produced a team of 8 spanning Concept, VFX, Audio, and QA for the release of NEON, FADE, and several other VALORANT character balance updates over 12+ months. All work shipped on time, within timeline & budget, and to client’s satisfaction.

  • Educated several game development and publishing teams of upwards to 20 people on the importance and best practices for Agile and Waterfall production methodologies. Developed & championed new processes, refined existing workflows, improved productivity and visibility towards the team’s goals and projects in a fully remote work environment.

  • Successfully led the launch of two PlayStation second-party exclusive games as the Publishing Lead for Amplitude and Harmonix Music VR, both meeting and exceeding business-driven goals for Harmonix and Sony.

  • Created and executed on a multi-year product marketing strategy which drove an additional $500k+ of studio revenue through promotion of Harmonix’s back catalog of titles and DLC across console, PC, and mobile.

  • Managed several entry-level employees, interns, and community volunteers (ambassadors, moderators, etc.) in addition to being an active games industry mentor for students and early-in-career professionals from underrepresented communities through the IGDA Foundation and Mass DiGI since 2017.

  • Developed a new studio-wide live streaming strategy at Harmonix, refined the content planning process, and updated production methodologies which increased live stream viewership by ~110% YOY from 2017-2020.

  • Organized fundraising drives that raised over $25,000 of donations for AbleGamers, local children's hospitals through Extra Life, and other industry related charities while at Harmonix, Proletariat, and Velan Studios.

  • Producer for Velan's fully remote, self-publishing team. Supporting the CMO, Marketing Director, Brand Managers, Partnerships, Community, Social, Creative, and more marketing verticals on driving the execution of the go-to-market plans across all Velan IPs.

  • Production for UI and Tech Art teams on World of Warcraft at Proletariat - a Blizzard Entertainment Studio, following the acquisition of Proletariat.

  • Co-dev Producer on the Content team supporting Art & Audio game development pipelines for VALORANT, World of Warcraft, and two unannounced fantasy game IPs.

  • Working with both internal and external teams to ensure that development, marketing, player support, and community stay in sync in order to provide a best in class customer and player experience! Produced marketing content for 5+ major releases for Spellbreak.

    Projects: Spellbreak, Spellbreak: Prologue, Spellbreak Chapter 1: The Spellstorm, Spellbreak Chapter 2: The Fracture, Spellbreak Chapter 3: The Wardens, and one canceled project.

  • Petricore, Inc. is an interactive software developer that specializes in full-service game development. We bring the dreams of our clients to life and curate a portfolio of own original projects that bring smiles to faces worldwide.

    Worked part-time as and advisor for Publishing and Business Development to establish the studio's internal publishing strategy.

  • Lead for all external communication on Codename Cygnus, an interactive radio drama for iPhones and iPads, that provides players with a speech-operated experience of voiceover performance, sfx, and music.

  • I founded Play Nimbus as a small game development startup during college. Grew the team to 6 people. We shipped our first game, Wobbles, for iOS and Android at the end of 2013 to over 25k installs and a 5 star App Store rating, and worked on several additional concepts and pitches for Xbox and Twitch between 2013 and 2015.

  • Co-founded a leading Xbox 360 community / fan website with 25k+ monthly readers. Oversaw all aspects of the website and community, including managing a team of 10+ writers, driving content assignments and scheduling, organizing community events, and general website development and upkeep.
