Just made some updates to the blog here on WordPress and slowly setting things up. Hopefully nothing breaks, but I am excited to be making some changes. I am also now paying to host this blog (mostly for a few extra features and storage), which is a fun exciting step. Maybe spending money on this will encourage me to keep up with writing… sometimes that helps.

One thing I do wonder with these big changes is if this “fleets” feature will encourage me to write more often. I’m often writing about writing when I am in a mood to be writing (what a fun sentence… to write!), so here we are at least two posts in. Curious to see how the future trends…

Something I know I am not going to do tonight, but know I need to: link this back up with my “mudry.me” domain. Paying for the premium plan and installing a custom theme + some plugins I found means I have to migrate from a “dot WordPress dot com” subdomain to a weirder “dot wpcomstaging dot com” subdomain, which is much uglier than I expected I’d have to do.

Also, before I do go… if you’re reading this… could you say hi in the comments? I’d love to know if this is making its way to anyone… (probably not, I don’t think this is being promoted or pushed anywhere just yet, but who knows!)
